0:00-5:00 Assault bike/Row for cals

5:00-10:00 Sled push 45/25 (push on rubber)

10:00-15:00 Kettlebell Swings 70/53

15:00-20:00 Double Unders
Break up work in teams of 2-3. Begin rotation on any 4 of the movements but cycle in order accordingly.
