5 Good morning to squat
10 lunge + rotation (each leg)
15 inch worm + push up
20 leg swings (each leg)
Place sandbag on top of knee in a lunge. Work 2 minutes of ankle flexion on each side.
Running Drills 1 (No Measure)
Bound + Fall
Pose Hold x 2-3 mins
Wall Drill Increasing Pace every 10 Seconds for 40 Seconds
