:30 overhead situp right arm

:30 kettlebell arm bar left arm

:30 overhead situp left arm

Bottoms Up KB Press (3×5 Each arm)

balance KB with bottom up towards the sky and press. Maintain stability throughout the movement.

Shoulder Opener (No Measure)

5 Reps of each:

Palms up Curls

Palm up raises

Thumbs up Curls

Thumbs up raises


Bench Press (9×3)

55% + 25% bands
