Sandbag Squat Hold

Hold a sandbag in front rack. Squat to 90 degrees. Hold squat for 30-45 seconds.
hold deep squat open up ankles hips.

Strength

Front Squat (4×4)

TEMPO = 33×1

Clean Pull (5×5)

bands from the front

Clean High Pull (5×5)

Tall Clean (5×5)

Bar at hips- minimal dip, speed under Bar, with fast elbows

Squat Clean (5 Reps)
