Warm-up

Row/Bike/Ski 5 Minutes (No Measure)

Row 5 minutes

Mobility

Overhead Squat (20-30 Reps)

Work with an empty bar. Work foot position, hand position and active shoulders for 20-30 reps. play with stance and make sure it is right for where you need it to be.

Strength

Snatch Balance (5×2)

5 second hold in catch

Power Snatch + Snatch (7 sets of 2)

Work bar placement up against shins. See if keeping the bar closer will translate to more patient, longer pull.
