Hollow swing/ hips to rings

Strict muscle up

Ice Cream Maker (3×8-10)

pull from front lever to chin over rings then push back to front lever.

Nasty Girls (Time)

3 Rounds for time of:
50 Air Squats
7 Muscle-ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 135# / 95#
