DB Rows (3×6-8 reps each arm)

Banded Tricep Ext (150-200 reps )
Sled Sprints (10x 50′)
50′ Sled Sprints
Heavy as possible
maintain cadence that is still running! 10 second push rest for 40-50 seconds, repeat. NO WALKING THE SLED!
