Half Kneeling Press (3 sets 6-8 Reps)

Kneel on 1 knee press opposite arm overhead to full extension

Overhead Shrug (3 sets of 15-20)

place empty bar/PVC overhead in a front squat position. Retract scaps keeping arms straight then press arms up just moving scaps again.

Banded Face Pulls (100 reps)
