5×2 work to heavy set of 2 with perfect positions not a 2RM!

Pause Snatch Pull( 2 second pauses knee on every pull)

4×3 @90% of 1RM

Burn: Metcon (No Measure)

2:00 @ full gas

4:00 @ 5k TT HR Max +5 (RPE = 7)

8:00 @ 10k TT HR Max +5 (RPE = 7)

Recovery HR to 99 between intervals
