Strength & Muscle Gain

CrossFit Tactical Strength’s program is designed with a Powerlifting bias rounded out with gymnastics work as well as aerobic conditioning. Using this program you will increase numbers on your all of your major lifts including bench, squat, deadlift, as well as Olympic Weightlifting. We also heavily use accessory or assistance work to both gain size (hypertrophy) and strength in specific areas of the body in order to get as strong as possible.
