Begin Standing, bend at the waist touch the floor, walk hands out into a solid plank, inch by inch bring feet towards hands.

Mobility

Couch Stretch (2 minutes each leg)

Strength

Front Squat (EMOM 5×3 w/bands then 3×5 Straight Weight)

Squat to a box . Begin light and load heavy!

10 Snatches 135/95

20 Overhead lunges (stationary)

Run 400m
Sub Overhead lunges for a type of lunge you can performe safely

Accessory

Banded Face Pulls (100 reps)
