Increase intensity with warm up each round.

Chest Mobility (No Measure)

Set bar up in the rack at chest height. Facing away place both arms on the bar and lean into a chest stretch away from the bar. Hold 2 minutes finding your corners. (See Video below)

EMOM

EMOM Alternating x 14 Minutes

Odd: Ring Dips/Matador Dips 6-8 Reps Tempo = 22×1

Even: hold bottom of a squat/Wall squat 30-45 seconds
